Brad Boney is a Credentialed Advanced Mediator with over a decade of experience resolving disputes across business, family, civil, and governmental matters. Drawing from a rich background in business development, consulting, and public service, Brad brings a calm, patient, and solutions-focused approach to conflict resolution, helping clients move past tension and toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
Professional Journey
Brad’s career has spanned various industries. He began in a family-owned insurance business, before advancing to the printing and graphics industry, where he rose through the ranks from sales to Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he played a pivotal part in national accounts, resolving complex client issues, and developing a leading political direct mail division
In 2011, at the suggestion of a judge and mentor, Brad attended the University of Houston’s A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center. This marked the beginning of his consulting and mediation practice, which has since served clients in Texas and beyond. His experience includes disaster recovery consulting following Hurricane Ike, legislative advocacy with organizations like the PEW Charitable Trust, and co-founding the Texas Oyster Association.
Brad has also served on a variety of boards and commissions, including the Galveston County Ports Pilot Board, the Galveston County Mediation Services Board, and as a Special Commissioner for eminent domain proceedings.

He has also been appointed by Governors Rick Perryand Greg Abbott to various boards and commissions, where he has contributed to policy development and public service.
Brad’s mediation practice covers Galveston, Brazoria, Harris, and surrounding counties, offering services across civil, family, business, and governmental disputes. He is a proud member of the Texas Association of Mediators.
