Experienced, Credentialed, Conflict Resolution Services

Brad Boney is a Credentialed Advanced Mediator specializing in resolving disputes efficiently, respectfully, and with lasting results. Drawing on decades of experience in business, consulting, and public service, Brad brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to mediation for family, civil, business, and governmental matters.

Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Brad completed high school in the Chicago area before studying political science at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He began his career in his family’s insurance business before transitioning to the printing and graphics industry, where he advanced from sales to sales management, ultimately Vice President of Business Development. In that role, he played a pivotal part in business development, national accounts, resolving customer and client issues, and building a leading political direct mail division.

In 2011, at the suggestion of a judge and friend, Brad attended the University of Houston’s A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center and launched his own consulting and mediation practice, serving clients in Texas and beyond. His professional background also includes disaster recovery consulting following Hurricane Ike, legislative advocacy with the PEW Charitable Trust on illegal and unreported fishing, and co-founding the Texas Oyster Association.

Brad has served with organizations including the Coastal Conservation Association, Ducks Unlimited, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He has been appointed by Governors Rick Perry and Greg Abbott to the Pilot Board of Commissioners of the Galveston County Ports, appointed to the Galveston County Mediation Services Board, and serves as Special Commissioner for eminent domain proceedings.

Brad’s mediation style is grounded in patience, clear communication, and a commitment to helping parties reach mutually beneficial solutions without unnecessary cost or conflict. He is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators and works with clients throughout Galveston, Brazoria, Harris, and surrounding counties.
